Leadership in Experiential Learning, Sustainability and Global Citizenship

Big Ideas, Real Impact

Rob Carmichael Consultancy brings together Rob’s work across outdoor education, experiential learning, sustainability, global citizenship, leadership and risk culture. It has grown out of more than twenty years of international experience working with schools, outdoor centres, professional bodies and young people in the UK, Ireland, China, South Korea, Thailand and beyond.

The consultancy exists to support schools and organisations that want learning beyond the classroom to be more than an occasional trip or activity, helping them build programmes, systems and cultures that are purposeful, safe, inclusive and connected to the real world.

At its heart, the work is about helping young people grow through experience, challenge, reflection, place, community and care for the world around them.
